Yep, I have been enjoying the sweet smell of sawdust since I was a tot. I grew up on the jobsite with my homebuilder dad and loved learning how homes were built and how much HARD work it took to build them. As I grew up, I have learned how important a home is, and I love helping people achieve the dream of home ownership, Also, I have over 40 years of experience being a daddy's girl.

i'm a mom to a teen girl.

If I can wrangle and negotiate with a stubborn and opinionated teenage girl, then I sure as heck can negotiate the best possible scenario for all your real estate needs. Being a mom to a teen girl means I am sharpening my skills daily on finding creative ways to get my way, dealing with difficult personalities, conflict resolution and finding solutions to emergency situations. Mommin' aint easy, but neither is real estate!

my clients get red the carpet treatment.

There is nothing more exciting then getting keys to your new home and I love to celebrate that day! My buyers get a red carpet ribbon cutting ceremony the day we get keys handed over. I am constantly refining my ceremonies and trying to think of fun things to add to bring extra joy to my clients. It's one of my favorite parts of my job as a Realtor!

This job is stressful and I work very hard every day. However, I try to find ways to make even the most stressful and difficult real estate transactions fun. Diffusing the stress that my clients endure during a transaction is a priority to me. I'm a big nerd and anytime I get a chance to play I take it. I'm just Jenny from the block, don't be fooled by the real estate skills that I got!
