Hey friends, I want to share something really personal with you.
This year, I’m the Event Chair for the Parkinson’s Foundation Moving Day Walk, and this cause hits close to home for me. My mom and my uncle both live with Parkinson’s, and watching people you love face this disease changes you. Parkinson’s isn’t just a tremor. It affects how people move, speak, sleep, and live their everyday lives. And while there’s no cure yet, there is hope — hope through research, better treatments, and support for families who are walking this journey every single day. That’s why I’m raising money for the Parkinson’s Foundation — to help fund research, care programs, and ultimately, to move us closer to a treatment and a cure one day
I'm asking for your help.
You can donate, or even better — create your own team and walk with us. Every dollar makes a difference. Every step matters. If you’ve ever wanted to support something meaningful, this is it. Let’s show families like mine that they’re not alone. Thank you for supporting me, my mom, my uncle, and everyone living with Parkinson’s.

WHAT IS Moving Day?
Moving Day, A Walk for Parkinson's, is an opportunity to join together as a community to honor loved ones, raise awareness, support the life-changing work of the Parkinson's Foundation and celebrate movement - proven to help manage Parkinson's symptoms. The Moving Day experience includes PD-friendly fitness demonstrations, information booths, our signature We Move Ceremony, and of course, the Moving Day Walk. Come together with the Parkinson's community at one of our in-person walks or move for Parkinson's from home. We know everyone has unique concerns and needs, so we invite you to help us beat Parkinson's in whichever way makes you feel comfortable and most safe. Find an in-person Moving Day event near you and register or click here to learn how you can move for Parkinson's from home.
